We had a great stay at GHL Collection 93. The hotel is well maintained, the location is excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast. The buffet is quite limited, and ordering items from the kitchen takes longer than expected. It would also be nice to include more traditional Colombian breakfast options and a bit more variety. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Power went out during stay and the hotel didn’t even have emergency lights in the hallways, which must be some sort of health or safety violation. Staff seemed confused and unaware of policies. Room was small and old, the light in bathroom was broken which was also a bit challenging. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others
