Hotel is nice to explore. Our room was fine. However, when we to go to the waterpark they told us they were sold out until Monday. Being that the waterpark is only for hotel guests I didn’t realize that could even be an issue. Huge bummer because thats the only reason we stayed there. Could have stayed somewhere else for a fraction of the price and still explored the resort.

The hotel was beautiful!! It was so big I got lost trying to find the front desk. A staff member was extremely helpful taking me to where I needed to go. I knew the hotel was expensive but I didn’t realize that the items in the gift shops were so expensive too. Paid $24 for small bag of popcorn and 2 pieces of small fudge.

We had reserved 3 rooms. When we arrived, the reservation at hotel was for only one room. We had a hassle. Then I feel the rate quoted changed by about $200 for each room.

i love this hotel. However, the parking is a nightmare. Maybe there needs to be rules set for guests that are ACTUALLY STAYING THERE and that they have guaranteed parking. there were way too many people there visiting for events who took up all the spaces, forcing guests to park elsewhere and basically walk for miles. this is unacceptable. you know how big your hotel is, you need to accomodate.
