Always use this hotel and great staff and very convenient. They have recently renovated some floors and replaced the carpet with floor tiles. Breakfast is good.

The room was dirty, but they were so helpful and gave us a new upgraded room. But the cleanliness could have been better.

Second time here on a 3 day business trip. I really like the rooms and breakfast. there was an issue with the aircon on my first night but was moved to a new room the following day without issue. Lots of local places to eat great food and a short walk to Lumpini Park where I ran every morning.

Just good for budget stay. The only exceptional thing about it is that the rooms are very spacious and it has good location. We found bugs and spiders in the room when we checked in, but upon informing the staff, they cleaned it. There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The shower area did not drain properly (even after complaining). Bed was hard. The balcony was dirty. Hotel needs rennovation.
