Great seaside hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and the owners are so nice and friendly. Great place to stay for a week or just a few days!! Pool is nice and clean too!

Staying at Franklin Terrace Motel was a great experience. The room was a bit small but clean. Bathroom was super tiny, but very clean. Check-in and Check-out was quick and easy. The Boardwalk was only about 1 1/2 blocks away, location was convenient.

It was perfect for what it was. It’s a beach town, they arnt going to be 5 star hotel rooms. The room was clean. Had what was needed. The staff was Friendly and helpful. The location was great. Has a clean pool. 1 block from the boardwalk. For a motel by the beach it was 5 star.
