We had the most wonderful stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely top notch, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive the staff were to our family. We were celebrating our son’s 3rd birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make him feel so special. Coming back to our room to find a birthday cake waiting for him was such a sweet surprise! They also surprised him with a movie night complete with popcorn and candy, which was the perfect added touch and made the weekend even more memorable for him. Every detail was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and our entire family felt so welcomed. It’s those thoughtful little touches that make a stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back to the Four Seasons for our next St. Louis visit!

We stayed at the property to be close to a concert venue. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the available in-room kettle for brewing hot tea. We ordered a dessert off the in-room dining menu. The food as tasty and the staff delivering it was very kind and helpful. All staff we interacted with were pleasant. We were always called by name. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I had several minor problems from check-in throughout the stay. The staff was friendly and they made an effort to correct issues that we ran into in real time. It is a good hotel for the area. Just not what one would expect from a Four Seasons property. I have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, this one certainly is not the best representation of the brand.

Easy in and out. Everything was superb. Staff doting. View excellent. Room wonderful. Food tasty. TV large and vivid, with easy access to ports. Bed comfy. Lots of Electric plugs. Pool was a bit cold, I'd guess 80-82 degrees F. That sounds pleasant to those unfamiliar with water temps, but it is too low. 86 is a more reasonable temp and would have people enjoying the pool much more readily. There were people in the hot tub, almost nobody in the pool. The pool area did have a magnificent view of the Arch, very nice.
