The reason I only 4* to one question was that I think some painting and refreshing would help as in radiators that show some rust! I would add that we use this hotel regularly and wouldn't go anywhere else. Till the next time on our travels.

We had a lovely stay. We arrived a little early and parked up behind the hotel with no problems. Our room was ready before the check in time and was lovely. The self service breakfast each morning was great. We would definitely book and stay again.

this hotel can only be described as excellent. staff very friendly, location excellent, beds super comfortable, very pet friendly, breakfast could only receive 5 stars. would recommend hotel to anybody. will be returning

Location excellent. Room had a missing ceiling light that was covered up with masking tape,few stains to the wall by the kettle. Breakfast was excellent. Parking left a lot to be desired but apart from access issue it was nice to have somewhere to park. We have visiting Llandudno every year for the past 10 years,if your new to the town then you won't be disappointed,personally we won't be using this hotel again.
