I expect some will love it, some will have a problem with it, we loved it. No reception staff, you may need to remind them to send you the code to get in. Easy to contact. Breakfast lovely, views amazing, location within 3 mins walk of the restaurants in the village. We walked each day into Port de Soller and caught the bus back. Would definitely stay here again. We were in Room 9, what an amazing view we had.

No reception and feels more like an AirBnB than a hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing. Our AC did not work, and we had to be given a different room for one night. They contacted us and said the AC was fixed, which was not true. We were put in yet another room for 2 nights, after speaking with the owner, who was kind and helpful. The last night they did not have a room for us, and we asked for refund and found another hotel. Despite contacting them several times, no refund for the last night was issued and they don’t get back to us. All communication or the lack of it, was through whats app. The staff did not contacting us about anything, we always had to ask about updates, not knowing where we could sleep that night. I don’t understand you can call it a hotel and not even have a reception. Defiantly not 4 stars. More 3 max. The area is beautiful and with good restaurant. Very small and hilly, can be difficult to find parking.
