We only stayed one night but overall it was good. The room was ready upon our arrival and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy. The suites are spacious. Just a few minor things. There was a smell that reminded me of an old mop being used or cheap cleaning supplies. I did report this to the front desk at checkout. The faucet in the master bath sink was very tight and challenging to move so we didn’t really get hot water from it. The shower head was small it wouldn’t cost much to upgrade it to a bigger one. We had some very noisy neighbors but someone came to speak with them and we didn’t hear a peep after that. We had vouchers for free breakfast but the line was so long we opted out. I think they needed more staff preparing the food. Overall it was a nice stay and we will come back.

Transport to the parks was supposedly included but was impossible to actually schedule. Also breakfast was included for two people but it turned out to just be vouchers for a breakfast sandwich that must be redeemed daily which was not stated anywhere on the website or on the voucher so both issues left me extremely frustrated!

This hotel needs major renovations, inside and out. The rooms old and dingy. Rooms looked dirty. I did not see one cleaning crew. The cafe on the other hand was the best thing there.

We were first taken to G block which was not in good condition and smelt awful. We asked to be moved and reception moved us to c with no problem and very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable with everything you need! Furniture needs updating especially the wooden ones in the bathrooms . All in all will stay again but happy for the price we paid. Breakfast was very busy and they need to sort it, went twice with long ques and wait times for food that we left it. A self service breakfast room would be so much better!

Was a bit disappointed. Pictures looked nothing like the actual room....room smelled so we bought some Lysol from a local walgreens and sprayed the whole room....people up late like 2 a.m. talking loud in hallways and Everytime I stepped outside I smelled marijuana...for the same price I paid I could have gotten a better hotel...will be crossing this one of my list

Enjoyed a 3 day midweek stay at Floridays resort. The property was everything it said it was. Breakfast was enjoyed and prepared fresh at the Palm cafe on site each day. Pool areas well maintained and stocked with clean towels. The suites were clean and stocked with needed essentials. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly responding to our requests timely. This was my first stay at this resort and I would book another stay in the future.
