I reserved and paid in full for a King Bedroom through Hotels.com. What we received was completely unacceptable. We arrived around 1:00 AM and were given a room about a 15-minute walk from the front desk. When we finally got there, the ceiling was heavily leaking water. Even worse, there was an approximately three-inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor—large enough for insects, rodents, or other small animals to easily enter. I cannot understand how this room was considered suitable for paying guests. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but instead of the King we had paid for, we were given a Queen. By then it was around 2:00 AM. We had an early flight, which was the entire reason we booked a hotel near the airport, so we gave up and tried to sleep. Unfortunately, the noise outside was terrible as well. In the morning, we asked only for a partial refund to compensate for receiving a Queen instead of the King we paid for. They refused and offered breakfast instead—which was also terrible. Charging $200–$300 for this level of accommodation and service is outrageous. If you need a hotel for a connecting flight at Mexico City airport, I would genuinely rather stay in the terminal than pay this much for such a terrible experience.

I stayed here last minute for the warped tour. I could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of this hotel! While I loved the staff, I didn’t have much opportunity to enjoy the full hotel, restaurant, pool, etc. One of the best things is the location, and the transportation to and from the airport, which I’ve found to be tricky with other locations in Mexico City. The location is close, the staff is friendly and they had English speakers available when my Spanish failed me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Staff was amazing helpful and friendly, and yes the breakfast buffet was great, our room was very clean and quiet, just maybe the coach in the hallway after the lobby needs to be replaced , other than that everything was good
