The Thome Haus, a lovingly restored, historically protected residential building—formerly known as the Jenn Haus—is named after its builder, Jean Thome, and dates back to 1827. During the renovation 2019-2020, great emphasis was placed on using eco-friendly materials: clay plaster, clay paints, natural wood paneling, and natural stone and wood floors. Many historic details, such as sandstone and old wooden beams, have been preserved and make the house a true gem. Located in Baustert, this vacation home is in a rural area and next to a golf course.
