This was a decent place to stay different but good. Can really tell if it's a Hotel/Motel but the people working there were really nice and helpful. A lot of bad comments on the website but I didn't see anything of concern. Pretty good area and easy access to the Ferry. The only way to go downtown N. O.

This hotel was a major disappointment. From the staff's unprofessional attitudes to the filthy condition of the room, the experience fell far below expectations. The carpet was so dirty that after walking around the room in white socks, they were nearly black by the time I took them off before bed. The kitchen was also a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The images were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the accommodations. Unfortunately, by the time we realized how poor the room was, it was too late to book another hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this property.

Bradley and Brittany at front desk were very courteous. Overall, the hotel is outdated and need remodeling. A huge negative! NO elevator and I have to wait for room on the first floor.
