The staff was amazing, answering every question. We dropped luggage very early after a cruise, took the ferry to Victoria and came back to find our luggage waiting in our room. Very clean room with extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Layout of the room and bath are very practical, convenient. Dinner in their restaurant was nice. Tables are awkwardly short, but the staff, food and live music was very good. The morning of our 6 am flight could not have been better! Simply going downstairs and getting in line was amazing, so easy on the stress level. I would absolutely recommend this place for comfort, ease, and convenience. Top-notch!!

I booked this Hotel when I stayed in Vancouver because of its proximity to the airport. It just happens to be located on top of the airport making it convenient to board my next flight. My room was always clean and the bedding was luxurious. I choose to stay here while I am visiting or passing through Vancouver, Canada.

Room was awesome. The convience of being right there at the airport was the best part. Food was super in the bar. Our bar tender was a little "dry" not a normal chatty bartender. But nice. The hotel was the best part about Vancouver for sure.
