The toilet seat is extremely loose. The toilet paper holder is ready to fall off the wall. And for a handicapped restroom, the floor is too slippery for a cane.

Mattress was nice Pool was closed entire stay 2 nights Toilet seat was loose Towel bar or shelf was missing Bathroom floor was grungy Asked for a discount for the pool being closed both days. Told that once Experian could do that.

Parking was easy but my room and my parents rooms smelled and were in bad condition. Parents room was supposed be handicap accessible and was not they did correct that but the room they received had no phone and phone jack was broken along with leaky shower. my room smelled bad and paint peeling off the wall

Room smelled like urine, had to change rooms three times due to poor cleaning. There are urine stains around toilet and across floor and shower was filthy. Parking was easy, staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fine the one day it wasn’t out of food.

Nice place to stay…linens were all nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. If you like a more supportive pillow bring your own, but honestly I would stay here again. The water pressure in the shower was great…plenty of parking and there is a restaurant within walking distance…Rachel’s Roadhouse…food was so good!!
