It’s a nice hotel. They have a solo music player in the evening. I’ll expect a higher quality breakfast from a 5 * hotel but all in all is a great hotel.

We had a bad experience. To start with the check in, the staff seem to be unhappy. They are not welcoming. Unable to accommodate request, or to give recommendations. The food is not good, is not fresh. The service in the bar is bad, delayed and the food is not fresh. The bed, we had a king bed, they made ir with 2 twin beds. One of them was higher than the other and you can feel a bump in the middle of the bed. Almost like. Don't cross this line. Lol The pool closes at 7 pm on summer time. The staff very rude asking you to leave at 6:50 pm. Sunset in italy during summer can be from 8:30- 9 pm and they close the amenities at 7 pm. Choose a different hotel. Make sure if you choose the junior suit, one of them is on the first floor. This goes right to the bar. No privacy at all is like having everyone drinking in your door.
