We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and beds super comfy, the pool was great and as was the bar man! The staff were really helpful in storing luggage, helping us rent bikes, organising taxis -10/10 service.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever experienced! No valet, and self-parking wasn't easy, it involved driving up a VERY narrow street to turn around in a dead end, then driving around the block to park yourself. What was worse is there was NO ONE to help with luggage. The pool area was run-down and dirty, the balcony railings were made of cardboard, the neighborhood was run-down and shady, and the woman at the front desk was less than helpful. Unable to give any information regarding restaurants or food. We were only there for one night as we wanted to be close to the airport for our flight the next day, but I regret not doing more research. We weren't looking for fancy, but clean and good service would have been great!
