First of all, the staff... They were amazing! At reception: María—"the prettiest girl in the whole complex"—Miguel, Kevin, and Tuval... Thank you all for your excellent customer service! In the restaurant, Valme and the waitstaff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The entertainment team was great fun; they had us laughing and dancing. Jessica, at the boutique was very friendly, helping me out to pick some presents for my friends and family... The food was delicious... We really had a wonderful time here! The facilities need maintenance; some walls need a fresh coat of paint. In my room, the air conditioner drips, and there are white stains on the floor. There are some rusty items, including the coat hooks!!!

The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening. Guests are required to make reservations for dinner at one of the on‑site restaurants and reservations are difficult to secure due to constant “fully booked” notices on the website. On a positive note, the hotel’s beachfront location, along with the availability of chairs and umbrellas, made for a relaxing day by the water. The multiple pools were also a highlight. Those parts were enjoyable, but overall the stay did not match what was advertised.

Had the worst experience there staff wasn't the friendly they keep.us waiting we has making a line for check in and they attended people that got there after us then left trash didnt pick up from the room and we wasn't in the place so no excuse for don't clean it also ask for menu and the person in the restaurant side keep us waiting someone else have to come to serve us they said snack on the evening we're certain hours was already passed 40 min and nothing they don't even have things ready or even close to open worst experience the concierge said he was about to move us to different room leave us waiting never come down to lobby was awful
