Let me start by saying the staff was amazing from the front desk to the men parking cars to the custodial staff they were all very friendly and helpful. The problem was the building, it is falling apart. All 3 elevators were out of services during our stay that we payed over $200 for… which I get it happens but we were also put on the 7th floor and I am pregnant…. Lots of stairs. Our hotel room was nice until I noticed the toilet had not been cleaned and had rings, there was a toiletry bag left from a previous guest on the bathroom, and there was what looked like toilet paper on the floor in the living room…. I just did not have the best experience at this hotel and I had very high hopes. You can tell it is aging and no one is putting money into it to revive it. Prices need to be lowered if the amenities are not as described.

Rude chef at the breakfast. Has cøliaki and asked if the omelet was gluten free. The answer was: cant see any! And he was clearly annoyed by that question.

Was a nice and somewhat clean (A view questionable stains on the couch and bedspread) Also they have 3 elevators but only one was in service which became a huge inconvenience since the hotel was packed. Had to use the stairs 3x after waiting almost 30 min for elevator during breakfast service. I was on the 5th floor so def got my steps in.

Always love staying at an Embassy Suites and this one did not disappoint. Breakfast and happy hour were wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Rochelle at the bar, dining room staff, the valets, and the omelette magician! Would definitely recommend.
