The room was nice as was the bathroom. We were right off the lobby near the elevator which is normally something that would drive me crazy but it was not an issue. The hotel was nice and left earplugs in our room just in case, but I had my Sleep Pillow app running on white noice, so we heard nothing. I want to put in a plug for the restocking, Farm to Table. Excellent. Had breakfast and dinner there and I highly recommend. The location of the hotel is very convenient and parking in their garage was easy.

We like the location, sitting right at the heart of Banff town, convenient to restaurants, shoppings, etc. We would like it better if the room is cleaner. The children liked the youtube TV, they could search their favorite shows.

Overpriced, room was dated. For the price I was given a room right across from the elevator and told no other rooms available.
