Comfortable rooms, excellent location close to West Kowloon Station, Temple street and the bay which are within reasonable walking distance. Very helpful staff. Many food, drinks and shopping options near the hotel.

Great hotel , amazing location and the staff goes above and beyond any service I ever received ! Great breakfast , foodhall in the hotel also offers plenty of variety of good and value meals if you are feeling lazy and don’t want to go looking outside for your meal . The cocktail bar and terrace does great cocktails , relaxed atmosphere! Overall , a great stay ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel was beyond my expectations. There’s a food court in the hotel! They have a pool, big gym and a cozy bar. It’s very clean! There’s staff to help you with the bags when you arrive. What I think you should consider is the cleaning. As an environmental person it breaks my heart that you change the sheets and the towels everyday. You have button I’m supposed to press to get cleaning but even though I don’t press it you change the sheets and the towels when I had left the room. I even told the staff to not clean and I got cleaned anyways. There’s no need to change the sheets and the towels everyday! Please think about this. I believe the staff feels like they need to clean because of the room check…
