Loved the location. One street over were many restaurants, Close to attractions and cruise terminal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We arrived around midnight and were greeted by a friendly lady receptionist. No problem with speaking no Dutch as all staff spoke English. Entrance area clean and with a sofa for waiting. Coffee machine and vending machine available for a fee and lifts worked fine if you don't fancy the stairs. Basic twin room as advertised with wet room type bathroom available although privacy was limited but as expected from booking description. Bedding clean, no bed bugs. Hairdryer available on request. Air conditioning worked although the machine was a bit noisy. View was onto the street which made for interesting people watching! Room mostly quiet except for road noise at night. No kettle provided but we brought our own. Checkout smooth and bags held easily upon request. I'd recommend staying here for a simple bedroom close to shops and metro. Only recommendation would be a slight configuration change of the beds to allow greater ease of movement around the room. We suggest a bed against the wall close to the window and to turn the other single bed against the main wall. Thankyou for a simple, clean and friendly stay :)

The hotel’s position was not bad but we didn’t like Rotterdam it’s very dirty city seems like they don’t like the clean the streets. The hotel room wasn’t that clean when we arrived.

Absolutely shocking experience. Landed late with my with 2 year old to be stranded at 5am at the front of the hotel when clearly stated we could checkin at anytime and reception is open 24/7. I even informed them of my late arrival yet no one was there to open the doors for us. Absolutely horrific and totally unacceptable.

The room was clean, but too small. Also, the roof needs to be painted. The Hotel location is good for shopping, but a little noisy at night.
