Rooms clean and spacious with lovely walk in shower. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a large choice to choose from. Bar reasonably priced with a lovely outside terrace. Will definitely return.

The first room I checked into was extremely dirty; smears on doors, large cobwebs, old contact lens stuck to mirror. I called reception and they immediately gave me another room. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. The new room on the main hotel at glance was much nicer, large and spacious but it wasn’t ‘really’ clean. It had a bit of a musty smell and you had to leave windows open as no air conditioning, there was no water in the room either. The receptionist sorted my complaint to the best of his ability but I wouldn’t say it was 4* in terms of cleanliness. I can’t comment on the other amenities as I didn’t eat there or use the gym. The external building is very beautiful.

Lack of essentials in the room No ironing board but an iron No hairdryer but an empty bag Brown burn marks on sheets and towels Tea, coffee biscuits not replensished No curtains/blind to bathroom so with a glass door gets very light in bedroom
