Dumfries Villa is a great place to stay. Breakfast was perfect. Staff are wonderful.

The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The room wAs not modern but was very comfortable, spacious and functional. Breakfast was cooked to order with self service drinks, fruit and cereals available. Easy parking. Highly recommended.

I was a bit concerned about check in arrangements but no problem as owner lives on site. He gave us a warm welcome and made suggestions about where to eat in town. Room was clean and very spacious with seating area and pleasant outlook. Soft furnishings were a bit dated and could be improved. Breakfast was excellent with friendly and welcoming staff. There was parking on site.
