Our stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. My fiancé and I had such a fun and relaxing time, and the staff made the experience even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and amazing service. One of our favorite parts was wandering around the beautiful property together and spotting all the wildlife. The resort had such a peaceful, natural atmosphere that made every walk feel like an adventure. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to get married here!

This resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Jose, who was our waiter on several occasions, always provided warm, attentive, and exceptional service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and our favorite dining experience was at the Hibachi restaurant. The chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the meal a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids. There are just a few things I hope the resort considers improving in the future. The Kids Club family time is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., which is the hottest part of the day. It might be more enjoyable for families if it were offered earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon. The buffet also closes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while transitioning between menus, which isn't ideal for families with younger children who may need to eat during that time. Lastly, the rooms felt a bit warm during the hottest part of the day, even with the thermostat set to 23°C. Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful staff! We loved the restaurants. The wait staff is so friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to have Carlos as our waiter for 3 consecutive nights. Laura in concierge services was fenomenal. The entertainment crew put together lots of fun activities and music/dance each night. We had a great vacation

Im surprised when i got there, the whole place smeels like sewer. My husband was showering and the water turn off. The food wasn't great, I got a stomach bug. In the room everything looks old, not sure if it's racoon or what type of animal but our friends left there balcony door open and it came in empty out a makeup and left. I feel its a big resort, ample space and they can do alot better, especialy start by renovating, go and taste all the chefs food, make changes, improve, improve, improve until things change. For the money spent there you are better off in another dreams resort or go to cancun instead. 40 of us was there and non of us will ever go back to this one.

There were a lot of construction going on so most of the restaurants were closed when we got there and they combine one restaurant for the buffet and a dinner. They open it for other restaurants which was horrible. The beach was disgusting with the seaweed we could not go on the beach we could not get in the sea in the water.
