The food and beverage program was consistently disappointing. For a resort positioned as a premium all-inclusive destination, the quality of the food was surprisingly underwhelming. I've genuinely enjoyed better meals at gas stations throughout the Midwest. While that may sound exaggerated, it unfortunately reflects the level of disappointment we experienced. The dining service was equally frustrating. Something as simple as obtaining a coffee refill or receiving a basic item often required multiple requests. On numerous occasions, it felt less like hospitality and more like a self-service experiment where guests were responsible for managing their own dining experience. What makes this particularly noticeable is that many other Hyatt properties throughout Mexico and Latin America deliver outstanding service. Compared to those experiences, Dreams and Il Mare falls remarkably short. I've encountered more attentive service at fast-food restaurants, where at least someone acknowledges your existence before your meal is over.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at in my lifetime! Rooms were old and airco not working and staff did not care for that! Bartenders were mad that there were costumers there!

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful location. Our Butler was amazing he went above and beyond. Receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. Otherwise food and other services were great.

Dreams was exactly as advertised. Il Mare staff are wonderful. The Butlers were incredibly helpful and very resourceful. All the Menu were great, the most outstanding menu was the seafood Oceana restaurant...

I was very disappointed in the room. The AC did not work, and I had to sleep in a puddle of sweati, told them it didn't work. And they did nothing, also none of the restaurants were open. And had to eat the same food at the buffet. Disappointing

Definitely will go back and recommend anyone to stay in the bungalow on the beach! Everything was good!
