This hotel is a budget hotel so you take that knowledge on how you rate the hotel however this hotel needs a refurb badly. The bathrooms are dated and falling apart and the carpets in my room were stained in multiple places. The room sizes are great and there is so much potential to be a nicer property with a soft refurb investment. Grounds are beautiful overall building is nice but you are let down after the lobby. Food wise I wouldn’t even give it one star. Food was not great. Poor choices and lacked healthier options. Even a grained bread would have been appreciated. Breakfast is the biggest let down for the food but lunch and dinner were no better. Overall this property could have been a lot stronger in what they offered their guests and still fallen within a budget hotel. It’s a shame.

Room was generally not clean- had ant infestation on the floor. Carpets appeared very worn and sometimes not cleaned. Breakfast is chaos and food was just ok- as expected for a mass buffet of that size. Staff was very courteous and respectful, but language barrier was sometimes difficult.

Overall clean and comfortable rooms. The shuttle to Disneyland was very handy. The carpet needs a deep clean and or replaced and more variety at the breakfast would be nice

Beautiful foyer and all staff were very helpful. Room was clean but quite basic. Would have like cups rather than paper cups for the drinks tray. A water fountain would be really useful but staff happily filled up our water bottle. The main issue was the price and selection of food, the bar area offered a limited and very expensive selection . The restaurant was £38 per head and we didn’t trust the quality so didn’t try it. Food at Disney land was cheaper. Breakfast felt like a canteen. Very busy, plastic plates and an unusual selection. Would be better slimmed down. The shuttle bus was so busy we ended up getting Ubers to and from the park. Around 11 euros and felt like money well spent. Also I must mention the beautiful outdoor pool was closed 2-3pm and was ice cold, Overall an ok stay with lots of potential but not sure if I’d rush back
