The rooms shower drain was clogged and spewed up black mold everything we flushed or used the sink. The refrigerator was also turned off and leaked all over the floor.

There was some sound of firecrackers that suddenly happened behind our room that was very startling and then someone came and banged on the door loudly at 11pm at night and scared my young daughter and myself. When i looked no one was there. She cried herself to sleep.

Staff was not responsive with request for towels and room cleaning. How to call 4 times for a one day visit. Furniture in the room was disappointing. No rugs, no chairs or desks. Disappointing.

The property was great, accommodation was great. Check in was trouble, arrive 4:15 for a 4 o'clock check in and room wasnt ready, they said half hour and it ended up being over an hour later when the room was finally ready. Room was clean and comfortable, pool area was fun and clean. Restaurant was great
