Love the security use in the elevator. All the staff were nice and friendly. Didn’t mind going above and beyond for directions and advice on happening spots near in the hotel.

The view from this hotel was amazing. The hotel is also centrally placed which made it pretty easy to get around. Almost everything we wanted to do as first time visiting was about a 20 minute walk. The room had a moldy smell that made it tough to breathe. The decor has seen better days. The wallpaper was peeling and the vents were filled with dust. Hilton should consider investing in maintaining the rooms as it would improve the quality of our stay.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The shower in our room was very difficult to turn on but that’s my primary complaint. Rooms are very close together. We could hear entire conversations from close rooms. The property is clean and nicely maintained. Fitness room is great but they should offer earphones for the Pelo ton bike.

We love staying here. It is a great location and we love it for heading to games as it’s a quick, cheap SEPTA ride to the stadiums. Great restaurants nearby. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. And you can’t go wrong with those warm cookies!
