When I checked in the front desk that first person help me was not polite, she couldn’t find my reservation, told me I didn’t pay for a room and then said she didn’t find that I was loyalty member. She assigned room that was having water leak fix. Then after I went back to front desk Mariam was very helpful, she give me a room on the upper level and made my experience better. The room was clean.

The room was fine, a little outdated but that was not an issue except for cracked floor in bathroom and the toilet leak. When I first arrived, the tv didn’t work but after almost 3 hours and two calls to front desk, maintenance finally showed up to fix it. It was close to airport and had lots of restaurants options nearby! Staff was super nice!
