The three pool options and in house retreat and bar were really convenient, the ocean front rooms have amazing views and a balcony to watch the world go by in the background of waves.

Check in was easy, parking was convenient. Staff was helpful and kind. First floor rooms do not have a full view of the ocean, dunes block the sight line. Room was clean, but towels and washcloths had stains. The refrigerator was overly noisy and you could hear people moving in the floor above and in the hallway, so rooms are not sound proof at all. The ventilation system was also noisy when it kicked on and off. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was plastic and crinkled every time you moved. Overall, it wasnt horrible, but I will not be returning in the future.

The water pressure from the bathroom sink and shower was weak. It might have been for energy saving and cost cutting reasons. Overall, the hotel room was wonderful with a great view of the ocean.

My room had sand in both the queen size beds and the bathroom had no shampoo and the lotion was on the verge of being empty..I didn’t complain until check out and the desk clerk rolled his eyes and said what’s the point of saying something now.. I said to tell housekeeping to go over the room throughly for the next person
