The hotel itself was clean, however unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the issues we experienced during our stay. In the early hours of the morning, the air conditioning unit flooded through the ceiling, creating a hole and causing water to come through onto the floor and all over our belongings. As a result, the room we had paid for was no longer in the condition we had purchased it in, and we were left dealing with a significant disruption during the night. What was particularly disappointing was the response from the staff. They were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and when we reported the leak, there was no apology or any attempt to offer compensation or an alternative solution. We ultimately had to go through Hotels.com ourselves in order to get a response from the hotel regarding what had happened. While the hotel was clean, the way this situation was handled completely took away from our stay. Unfortunately, based on both the incident itself and the lack of customer service afterwards, I would not choose to return.

The room was quiet but both the bed and the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. This was easily the worse night of sleep I've had during our 2 weeks of traveling all around Europe.
