Great place, but before warned: many rooms have the bathroom up a spiral staircase, which is a challenge at night

This hotel was excellent for our family! the location was very central and yet on a quiet side street. The room was huge and clean. Loved the high ceiling. There were four robes and slippers for the four of us! The lady who checked us in at reception was ever so friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant service was great too. This is our go to hotel from here on!

Used bath robes in the room, upstairs bathroom with one light to light up the entire room so you fully wake up when using the loo at night, no water, no bath plug, sink didn't drain, windows don't work, air con not particularly efficient, damp smelling, towels damp, TV to the side of the bed. I think the worst part is, they sent me an email asking for feedback and when I responded, they never even replied!

Clean rooms, super comfy bed, awesome shower and bathroom (leaky tap on the bath needs attention though). Bar was great, staff very accommodating. Breakfast was well presented with pretty much anything and everything you could think of.

The rooms are so loud you can hear when people next door or above are having shower or going toilet basically you cannot sleep

We were put in room 606. If they try & put you in this room you must refuse. The window only closes by a hook screwed into the sill & directly outside the window are all the air conditioning units along with the extractors from the kitchens. The noise from these goes on until well after 11pm. This room should not be given to the public. Also there are caps missing from parts of the shower so you can see the fixings
