The room was fine. Clean and spacious. The shower room looked tired but worked satisfactory. We used the spa which is very dated. A lot of showers are broken where the handle freely spins and missing any chrome on it. The lockers require a padlock to use. The steam room required some inspiration from a user for it to work and the sauna can hold 4 at a time max. The shower outside these is broken so you are required to go back down the stairwell and use a broken shower in the changing room. The hotel and room was satisfactory. The spa requires attention.

Room was a little tired. Sofa was very uncomfortable as was the bed which appeared to be a very basic sprung mattress. No flannels in the bathroom, which is always disappointing….ill wash with my hand then Tea and coffee making facilities were limited. Only 2 teabags and that was it. For a “deluxe room” I’d have expected a coffee machine. I’ll be honest, this hotel is absolutely not worth the rate I paid. The hotel is becoming dated and there are much better located hotels in Glasgow. Nothing made it feel special. Probably its only redeeming feature is the car park.

Fantastic stay! Great location, a lovely spa, and a fantastic bar. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable break. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!
