Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh – Queensferry Crossing was fantastic. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent, with convenient access to Edinburgh Airport and a great starting point for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was lovely, big in size and nice bathroom but a faint smell that we couldn’t work out. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is in a great setting looking out to the water but there’s nothing at all around it so we had to taxi to South Queensferry which cost us £22 one way.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff biggest problem was the first room we were given had someone already in it second room fine but again problems with keys had to go down to reception twice which is not a problem except we both in our 60s with mobility problems so not the best

Its still decent but really showing its age. Run down, funny smells, strange you get a cookie on check in but the mini bar is empty. Glasses in the room weren't filthy but there certainly were clean enough. Tissue box only had 3 in it. Lot of tv channels didn't work. Breakfast was rubbish, not worth the money and you have to pay to park there, ridiculous. That said, for a one night stay its clean and comfortable enough that I would probably stay again. They should really invest in maintenance.
