Barely functions as a hotel. Reception truly abysmal. Checking in with 2 children with confirmation of the order in a hard copy and on the phone. Clear to see . No flexibility to accept the booking was there instead left to wait with the kids . When in actual fact the booking. Was there all along. Provided room keys that didn’t work . Up and down with a 7 year old and a 2 year old . Breakfast was just about bearable . Staff were ok , but you can clearly see they are on some sort of cost cutting crusade. Awful. Used to rely on Hilton hotels for work , it last minute bookings. Never again . Hilton is clearly finished as a business

Personally, the hotel is a standard hotel. I would use it if you need a night or maybe 2. Only downside was having to pay for parking on top of the stay and it not included anymore. Fortunately, we have family we can stay with most of the time that are local.
