The last time I stayed in this hotel was six years ago. Just like then it far exceeded my expectations. The rooms, facilities, grounds, pool, literally everything, we’re all phenomenally maintained. The staff or beyond friendly and would go out of their way to be helpful. They answered any and every question we had with a smile, even if it was a question they had probably been asked 1000 times a day by every other person visiting for the parks. The included breakfast made staying there for our trip to Universal and no-brainer. The weight staff at the breakfast buffet made every morning a joy. If there is anything higher than five stars this place we get it without question

Bathroom was dirty and not well kept. Hair was on towels and was also in bathtub. Found a ton of bar in sheets on bed as well. The front staff were kind but unable to move us as there was a conference

Everything here was amazing from the time we checked in. Hakeem was incredible and had us start our trip off amazing so shout out to him!! We loved our stay here, everything was so clean cozy and all the amenities and extras were great. Definitely will be back

I'll start off with the positives . This property looks nice in the lobby area and the customer service is good. However, this hotel is not maintained. But elevators are a disaster. They're wobbly, they're loud, they haven't been inspected as they have expired inspection notices in it. If they become dirty they are not cleaned. Our room was disgusting and full of hair. The sheets the comforter the bathroom floor, the bathroom walls, the shower were all full of hair. It was a obvious that cleaning is not thorough. We went to the store to purchase sheets and pillowcases as we were going to a show at one of the convention rooms downstairs and did not want to switch hotels. We did complain to the front desk staff and they switched us to another room. The room was much cleaner, however we definitely had the ick. All of the rooms are very dated. The parking is $34 a day which is horrendously expensive to have your car sitting out in the sun. The guys at the ice cream spot downstairs were always on the phone, never washed their hands before scooping and didn't use gloves properly. I would never come back to this property again. Even if there was another show at that convention center, I'd rather just drive to the location to attend the show
