From our check in to check out the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We would recommend this Hotel to Hong Kong travellers as it is central to rail/ bus links and great shopping facilities

Hotel was good value and I've stay a few times over the years including my 3 weeks stay during COVID. Location is good and the free shuttle bus is a nice touch and the free luggage storage when checking out was nice and which gives you another day to explore without lugging around with suitcases. Staff friendly and helpful. Only let down was the hotel is starting to show it's age age.

The place needs a deep clean. There was a lot of very noticable dust in the room. It was the only hotel on my 8 week Asia trip where my allergies flared up really bad. Otherwise it did fit us and our three kids which is hard to do in Hong Kong. Breakfast was decent and the shower water pressure was exceptional. Great location for walking around.
