The Dollhouse is a fully updated two story centrally located 1870s historic house with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The house was completely restored during 2016-2020. The house has a front porch as well as screened rear porch. There are TVs in living room (55") and master bedroom. Popular local outdoor activities include fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking or simply relaxing. This is a wonderful property centrally located in St Michaels. Great restaurants and shops within blocks of the house! Downtown St. Michaels, a neighborhood in St. Michaels, is home to this vacation home. Chesapeake Bay and Clint S. Bradley Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and Phillips Wharf Environmental Center. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and hunting nearby.

Perfect little house for July 4th weekend with family. Charming home - love the front porch and back screened-in porch. Historical decor with a modern kitchen with a washer and dryer. Great AC as there was a heat wave that weekend. Comfortable and great location to walk to everything in St Michael’s. The owner Thomas is friendly and responsive. We will be back!!

Centrally located, this little dollhouse is perfect for a couple or small family. Easily in walking distance to all important locations in St Michael’s. The A/C works great too!

It was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Needs a little tender loving care. Broken windows, porch door sticks and no inside handle to grab to pull shut. Dining room chairs leg brace kept falling off, but we would stay again.

The Dollhouse is a lovely home. It is extremely well located for a visit to St Michaels, easily in walking distance of restaurants, shops and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. The host was readily available when we had a question. I would advise caution about the stairs; they are steep, which is the reason I didn’t give an overall rating of 5.
