Staff: No one there at check in. Waited 6 or 7 minutes then went to seek someone out. Finally got help. But we did see the "check in tip jar" clearly positioned on the counter. Checking out consisted of a man sitting in a chair on his phone. When I shared I was checking out, he simply pointed at the key drop. Not a word spoken. We ate in the restaurant. The server delivered our food and then forgot about us for 25 minutes. When she returned, she apologized and said she was "talking to her manager". Yeah, we know. You were both siitting at a table in a direct line of sight to us. The entire time, we were there, not one person actually seemed to care about us. At all. Cleanliness; There was a pile of bundled up (assuming used) sheets in my wardrobe and hair in the shower. When I went to wash my face at night the washcloth was stained. They give you a number to text for the front desk and when I did, a man showed up at my door 20 minutes later. When I opened it, he simply held out his hand with 3 washcoths in it. No words, no apology, nothing. Maintenance: The property is not at all well maintained - molding coming off the wall behind the commode, wheels on chairs broken, etc. The shower dripped and echoed enough that I had to put a washcloth on the floor because the sound was keeping me awake. A convient cooler of beer and trendy furniture isn't worth the tradeoff of the incredible lack of service and condition of the property. You should stay somewhere else.

Brewery/Accommodations we found unique and convenient to have. Dog friendly for sure. We would stay here again!

Really great overnight stay at the DogHouse. Updated amenities and cool vibe. Spent the evening at the brewery and then enjoyed their firepit. My favorite was the bed-my comfortable bed ever! Can’t wait to go back.
