O hotel é muito bonito nas áreas compartilhadas, especialmente a recepção, e tem ótima estrutura de praia e piscinas. A comida é boa e os garçons e funcionários são muito queridos e atenciosos. Porém, a experiência ficou muito aquém do esperado para um hotel 4 estrelas all inclusive. Chegamos às 21h40 e não nos permitiram jantar. Tivemos que pagar por duas pizzas, mesmo tendo contratado o all inclusive. Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava e a recepção simplesmente informou que não funcionava mesmo e que nada poderia ser feito. A chegada também foi confusa: insistiram que havíamos reservado um quarto para duas pessoas e uma criança, o que não era verdade, e tivemos que provar isso. Depois, nos colocaram em um quarto sem vista para o mar, apesar de termos pago por essa categoria, e tivemos que voltar à recepção para resolver. O quarto não corresponde a um hotel 4 estrelas: é antigo, o banheiro é esquisito, a banheira parecia suja, não deixam sabonete extra e o papel higiênico é muito duro. O open bar também decepciona: bebidas tradicionais são cobradas à parte e o vinho é de péssima qualidade. Por fim, apesar de solicitarmos um quarto para não fumantes, o cheiro de cigarro vindo de outros quartos e de baixo era insuportável. A beleza das áreas comuns e a simpatia dos funcionários não compensam os problemas básicos de conforto, organização e serviços. Esperávamos muito mais.

Das Hotel und die Anlage sowie der Strand sind sehr schön. Das essen ist einfallslos und nicht gewürzt, d.h. langweilig. Das Personal im Restaurant ist gar nicht motiviert und arbeitet widerwillig - mit ganz wenigen Ausnahmen. Im Oktober geht keine Klimaanlage mehr und bei offenem Fenster geniesst man die Disco von nebenan - nicht vom Hotel! Insgesamt wenig Erholung!

Séjour décevant au Djerba Golf Resort & Spa, qui ne correspond pas selon nous au niveau attendu d’un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont vieillissantes, la literie peu confortable et plusieurs détails donnent une impression de manque d’entretien : baignoire repeinte avec traces de peinture, poire de douche marquée, portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain qui grincent, chasse d’eau peu efficace. Le ménage n’était pas réellement fait tous les jours : lit refait, serviettes changées, mais sols non nettoyés systématiquement. Il a fallu réclamer. La restauration est très répétitive : légumes parfois peu cuits, mêmes desserts chaque soir et café décevant, souvent du Nescafé. Les animations sont sympathiques grâce à l’équipe, mais peu variées : aquagym, réveil musculaire limité, soirées répétitives avec karaoké, chanteur, courte danse orientale ou soirée tunisienne. Au-delà d’une semaine, tout semble déjà vu. Plusieurs services annoncés étaient fermés ou non fonctionnels : piscine couverte, pizzeria Pergola, restaurant italien, grill extérieur jamais vu ouvert. Le spa est cher, avec des prix affichés en euros. La plage était mal entretenue, avec algues non nettoyées et bouts de verre dans le sable. Toilettes extérieures lamentables : bouchées, portes qui bloquent, et toilettes hommes de la plage sans lumière. Point positif : Wi-Fi gratuit partout et certains employés très agréables, notamment Alaaeddine, Faker, Amine, Ali et Hamida. Mais globalement, l’organisation est insuffisante.
