It was a really nice hotel; the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a 15- to 20-minute walk to the Disney Village and Disney parks, which was great as it saved us from having to wait for the shuttles back to the hotel after the fireworks. The only negative I found was the lack of vegan options, as my husband has a dairy allergy and he really struggled to find things to eat.

While the hotel had fun Disney theming, this hotel is really showing its age and majorly in need of a refurbishment. Everything creaked when walking in the hotel (stairs, room floors, bed when sitting on it, etc).

The hotel is not only dates but not maintained at all. We had black mold in the shower and had to fight to get moved to a cleaner room. The worst Disney hotel I’ve ever stayed in
