Very outdated room, TV very small, bathroom blinds and curtains long past their best! Desperate to be modernised. The plus, staff lovely and gardens beautiful (but their are some steap steps so not suitable for all). Breakfast also too expensive!

I loved the location of this hotel, very central and walkable. My room was very quiet, just the sound of the waterfall in the distance. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The shower sprayed everywhere and was a little tricky to get the hang of, but worked out fine. I was on the second floor and there isn’t an elevator, if accessibility is important for you. The grounds are expansive with lots to see. Don’t miss it! I loved the art gallery, gardens, and restaurant options.some of the best painting I’ve seen in Bali were there. I recommend the Balinese breakfast options. Also, it was so sweet of them to include a complimentary 15 minute massage and welcome beverage. Lovely hospitality.

Nice room, but had a bathtub with overhead shower and no shower curtain. Room was OK, but not like the advertised photo. Water leaked along the floor during heavy rain. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Pool, retayrant and staff were very good.
