We didn't see any staff at the Accommodation IT was all done with messages with instructions on how to get into the apartment. Which were clear and easy to understand. The room was clean and the location very good. Near all of the shops, restaurants and bars.

We received no instructions before we arrived. Since there was no person at the apartment or any kind of reception, we were stuck outside the building trying to look up a number to call someone. Once we got the information it was confusing and frustrating. The description on Hotels.com says there is an in room washer and dryer and there isn’t. There is a communal one down the hall. The check-out time on Hotels.com says 10:30am but the paper inside the apartment says 10:00am.

Check in was a disaster! Cumbersome and not flexible. I asked for the procedures for the night before while on wifi because I did not have data on but they would not cooperate. They told me to go to the bus station to get wifi. The bus station would not share the wifi password so I had to turn my data on. Other that that fiasco it was a nice place

Lady our taxi driver called was rude and hung up on wife. Left us on street in a strange city and strange country. Wouldn’t let us in because didn’t get our passport so didn’t know who we were. ????? .
