The staff are all friendly and helpful with all our needs. Vanessa at reception on arrival at the hotel was very so helpful and friendly and made time to give as all the information we need went above and beyond to sort out extra towels etc. Will go back on next visit if staying in Swindon. Thank you all again for making our stay a great one. Also thank you to Sam the lady at the gym next door for making time for us . Only thing I would have liked to see was a few more things for vegan or vegetarian but otherwise a good section for breakfast. A++++

Very good stay overall With very helpful and friendly staff. The bar was a bit disappointing with poor selection of draught beers and flat Prosecco.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge that kept my water cold. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great for the price. All in all, first class.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, if on the small side. Nice outlook. The pool and sauna was very adequate. Breakfast was good but we would question value for money. Parking was great.

Great location, nice hotel, good food and mostly all friendly staff. Unfortunately both lifts were broken when we were there and thankfully we only had one floor to go up. Our TV had to be changed out as it kept switching off & no refreshments in room until we asked for them. Breakfast nice also.
