Appreciated the upgraded room at the time however the room we had the beds were so hard. Practically like sleeping on the floor. The mattresses had toppers however even still could not sleep well. The shower head had only three jets working the rest were clogged up with limescale. So overall dissatisfied with the room. The breakfast was good and the location is great for shopping

The room was large. But it was quite old fashioned, lights had to each be manually turned on. Doors slammed loudly and noise travelled. Staff were very good. Breakfast was good. It wasn’t too expensive and easy to get to off the m32. Mixed bad really.

We asked for a quiet room as I have cancer but ended up next to someone who was screaming,shouting,swearing and throwing stuff in there room. They played music and singing very loud. We couldn't sleep and when we checked out the receptionist wasn't really helpful . When I phoned later in the wk they didn't get back to us. Real shame as was our anniversary aswellwould think twice about staying there again.

The overall presentation of the hotel was first class and the check in staff were polite and helpful!. Our room was clean and presentable but worth noting was that the mattress was far to hard to get a decent night sleep on!. Breakfast in the morning gave a very varied selection of items to choose from.

There was no hot water for a shower this could have been communicated on check in as I was told there was an issue when I complained on check out.
