room itself wasn’t smoking. Amazing staff, beautiful room, literally in the heart of everything with an INCREDIBLE view of the buildings on the caldera. We were very well taken care of, anything we needed at all! It was so worth it. It’s just off enough from the busy area that people don’t do too much picture taking in front of the room. Only once did they sit right on the gate so I had to ask them to move which is annoying to even have to deal with.

Want to keep you up-to-date with the rooms that you purchased make sure that you call ahead of time to see if that’s the room you’re getting their information is not clear the safe does not work. A lot of them me. You’re thinking you’re getting you’re not the breakfast option is written by paper is not in the buffet style, which makes you limited to what you’re eating. I’m going to attach pictures to show you the room that they say is this.

Booked the premium double room with caldera view balcony. Room did not appear like the photos and not what would expect for premium room. There were cobwebs inside the room, the balcony was a side view, also the towels provided for us were wet on the bed. When booked it said we had one free drink on arrival and a bottle of wine, we got neither then when we questioned this we only got the wine. The bathroom was small and did not seem that clean, also small shower with curtain that did not enclose the shower so the floor got wet.

The view from the hotel room is amazing. A piece of heaven on earth.The staff are extremely helpful and wonderful. the hotel is truly authentic. That being said, the room amenities are limited/dated compared to North American standards.

Greek hospitality at its best. Great location and views. Amazing host. Tasty breakfast. They logged my luggage all the way there and back from main road. This was truly a treat

This hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Santorini, mainly because of the absolutely breathtaking views. If you are coming to Santorini, you want to stay somewhere that lets you truly experience the beauty of the island, and this place delivers. Built into the mountainside, the views from both the terrace and our private balcony were spectacular. The sunset alone is worth staying here. People travel across Santorini and crowd into certain areas just to watch the sunset and take pictures, while here you can enjoy an incredible sunset right from your balcony or the hotel terrace. Do not miss it! The location is also excellent. The town is only about a three minute walk away, so you are close to everything while still being away from the crowds and craziness. The bus station is about a five minute walk, although you should know that getting to the hotel requires walking down quite a few steps along the mountainside. Breakfast is included and is fairly average, but honestly, we were not there for the breakfast. We were there for the views, location, terrace, balcony, and atmosphere. The staff also deserves special mention. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
