Great peaceful location. Staff are always great - happy to help. Rooms are very well appointed. Breakfast is superb with such a wide range of healthy options.

Although bathrooms had been refurbished the taps could NOT be turned off. Rooms need to be refurbished. Safe was NoT working so safe was replaced as it could not be repaired

Did have the room arranged and had to wait for staff to sort it at 23:45pm when we got there. Cleaner felt she could walk into the room to hand over the bath towels which we felt was rude and invaded our privacy. Staff kept knocking on out door the morning we were meant to check out 10pm & 11pm. Went to check out someone had already checked us out. Breakfast was not to standard for this type of establishment. No fried eggs or omelettes or hash brown anything that a decent hotel would offer. Instead it was stuff all either out of the oven / warmed up or bought in from 3rd party suppliers . Best thing about the place was the setting, great place and beautiful estate.
