Such a cozy place! I stayed a weekend with family and friends to celebrate my birthday. The place was perfect for it. I was especially very impressed about the living room and the (new) kitchen which was perfect for an event like this. The kitchen is fully equipped (lots of plates, cups, glasses etc).

Great location for event in Aachen was good to have bathrooms with each of the bedrooms own transport a must as supermarkets ect were a few kms away but location and size were perfect for us.

Es gab keine Angaben zur Schlüsselübergabe, erst nach einem Anruf beim Vermieter haben wir den Schlüssel gefunden. Die Fenster zur Seite beim Nachbarn dürfen nur gekippt werden, ebenfalls keine Infos dazu. Die Nachbarin kam sehr wütend am Sonntag um 7Uhr herüber, da wir 1 Fenster komplett nachts geöffnet hatten, bei über 30°C im Zimmer auch nötig. Es war auch alles nicht besonders sauber, besonders der Schimmel in den Duschen ist nicht toll. Es gab auch keine Infos, dass vor dem Grundstück eine Baustelle ist und man sie durchfahren kann. Auf den Bildern ein Klettergerüst zu sehen, welches nicht vorhanden ist.

Fijne ontvangst; ruim huis; met nieuwe praktische keuken; heerlijke tuin; leuke dingen in de buurt gedaan; voldoende privacy voor ons met 4 gezinnen en oma; we hebben genoten!

novembervakantie 2025: Een praktisch huis met aangename ruime living. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de living! Eveneens mooi terras. Slaapkamer, badkamer, WC: telkens oké. Minpunten: - slaapkamers langs zijde van de spoorweg: 's nachts regelmatig hinder van voorbijrijdende treinen - ramen van twee slaapkamers langs andere zijde konden niet geopend worden, dus geen verluchting mogelijk! - tijdelijke hinder: overal wegenwerken waardoor wegen afgesloten.
