The hotel seems well maintained and the room was a good quality room. The hotel was let down by the staff - housekeeping made up a bed with a mouldy bottom sheet and didn’t leave any extra pillows - reception was slow, couldn’t help with either problem and wasn’t particularly friendly. The lady on reception as we checked out was far nicer and seemed genuinely concerned about our problems and promised to investigate. Beware as we booked through a third party agent we were charged £5 to park for the night too.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in - from entering the hotel you are hit with a smell of dirt, damp and sweat - the room I stayed in absolutely stunk of cigarettes, the carpet was dirty bathroom mouldy even the bin was rusty. I had to wash hairs out of the sink, wash both mugs before using and the teaspoon was disgusting and looked as though been previously heated up - If this is your last resort hotel you’d be better sleeping in the car !!
