This property needs be refreshed some more. It’s way too expensive for the condition it’s currently in. Has potential but it’s not worth $300 a night!

It was hard to tell if some things were dirty or permanently stained. Light switches looked like they used to be white and are now yellow. The property appears very old and very poorly maintained. Broken pop up tent in the parking lot. Repairs are poorly done. The front office feels like something from a movie set in an old, unpopulated town. The front desk person was nice. The price was jacked up to almost $400 for one night because it was parents weekend. The room should be in mid double digits at best. No iron in the room. I didn’t see the breakfast included but can’t imagine eating food from there. We didn’t see any bugs thankfully, as others shared. The air conditioning worked well to cool but not to remove humidity and it was raining while there and our sheets felt wet. There weren’t better options close by unfortunately and I booked months ago.
