The cops told us it definitely wasn’t a safe area and we saw for ourselves. Bugs, loud, lots of stuff going on, sketchy people

Management and housekeeping need serious improvement. Throughout our week-long stay, we had to deal with a persistent roach infestation—including roaches inside the refrigerator. The furniture was unusable, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. While staff did transfer us to a new room on the 3rd floor, it was far from the elevator, had two queen beds instead of what we needed, and was still not clean. Despite leaving roaches exposed to show the issue, they continued coming from everywhere. The property desperately needs a complete renovation, including deep cleaning, updated furniture, and fresh bedding, pillows, and covers.

It’s alright for the price. The area is really bad . Therefore, $100 seems too much for a deposit.
